It is clear that the 2020 election in many states, including Minnesota, wasn’t carried out according to the law. Secretary of State Steve Simon, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and liberal activist group Democracy Docket worked to change the rules of our election, completely contrary to the laws we have in our state, in order to conduct an illegal election.

Lawsuit Dismissed, other lawsuits still pending
On Friday, December 4, the Minnesota Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit that Republican activists served to Steve Simon and the state Canvassing board. Simon claimed he had not been served but even as the court agreed he had been, they dismissed the lawsuit because it hadn't been served to county election officials as well and because the suit was not brought forward back when the consent orders had come about, prior to the election but only in the window between the election and the certification.

Representatives Steve Drazkowski, Tim Miller, and Jeremy Munson made the following statement:

His office issued unlawful consent decrees that greatly affected the rules that govern absentee ballots and who can assist people at the polls. To circumvent the Minnesota Legislature and unilaterally change election law is entirely unconstitutional. This abuse of power must be addressed.
Rep. Drazkowski Introduces Bills to Ensure Election Integrity
Today, Rep. Steve Drazkowski introduced two bills to protect Minnesota elections. The first bill would require voters to provide photo identification when they vote. The second bill would establish provisional balloting.
“In recent months, we have seen the need for reforms to our voting process,” said Rep. Drazkowski. “Investigative journalists have uncovered different ways our elections are being exploited, and it is time that we take action. The safety and security of our elections should be a top priority for ever legislator. Only through fair elections will the voice of the people be truly represented."
